Brzeg Karpat w okolicy Rzeszowa
Abstract
Przedstawiono morfologię powierzchni nasunięcia fliszu karpackiego i nasunięcia ,karpacko-stebnickiego z uwzględnieniem miąższości jednostki stebnickiej i jej kompensacji jednostką skolską. Omówiono budowę zatoki rzeszowskiej i zatoki Łopuszki.MARGIN OF THE CARPATBlANS IN THE RZESZÓW AREAFive main structural units from the Rzeszów area and their mutual relationships are characterized on the basis of the newest deep - borehole data and results of geophysical (seismic) surveys made by the petroleum industry. The Rzeszów sigmoid was found in deep-seated margin of the Carpathians east of Rzeszów. The morphology of the Carpathian Flysch and Carpathian-Stebnickie overthrusts is discussed taking into account the thickness of Stebnicka unit and the phenomenon of its compensation by Skole unit. The structure of Rzeszów and Łopuszka embayments are discussed along with stratigraphy, development and thickness of Miocene deposits and morphology of surface of their flysch substratum.Downloads
