Interpretacja stref tektonicznych na przekrojach sejsmicznych w niecce północnosudeckiej
Abstract
Obraz falowy na przekrojach sejsmicznych uzyskanych w niecce północnosudeckiej ulega częstym zmianom. Przyczyną tego jest tektonika. W artykule rozważono zagadnienie wyznaczania stref tektonicznych na przekrojach sejsmicznych. Stwierdzono dużą zgodność granicy refrakcyjnej wiązanej ze stropem podłoża skonsolidowanego i nadkładu osadowego. INTERPRETATION OF TECTONIC ZONES IN SEISMIC PROFILES THROUGH THE NORTH-SUDETIC BASIN The question of tracing tectonic zones in seismic profiles compiled for the area of the North-Sudetic Basin is discussed. Reflection profiles display numerous changes in nature of record, especially dynamics, number and. continuity of correlation of waves. The changes are due to conditions connected with deep structure of the area, especially the tectonics. Analysis of wave image showed that dislocations disturb both sedimentary cover and top surface of consolidated basement. Faults, usually NW-SE and NE-SW oriented, divide area of the basin into a number of blocks. There was noted good consistence of tectonics of refraction boundary related to the top of consolidated basement and the sedimentary cover. The majority of controlled dislocations presumably disturb the consolidated basement down to large depths. Therefore, the scale of further reflection surveye should be widened to cover consolidated complex of the Earth crust, including the Moho discontinuity zone.Downloads
