Lower Turonian radiolarians (Polycystina) from borehole Władysławowo IG 1 (Baltic region)

Abstract

Six micropaleontological samples from borehole Władysławowo IG 1 (Poland, Baltic region) supplied very rich materinl of siliceous radiolarian skeletons (Polycystina). The samples are of Lower Turonian age, as indicated by the Radiolaria and associated planktonic foraminifers. Seventeen species of spumellarians and thirteen nassellarians are described.
