Abstract

Thirty two localities (outcrops and boreholes) have been described and analyzed from the structural point of view. The evidence is given that the structural style of folds, imbrications and overthrusts is similar in the both Early Palaeozoic units; southern (Dyminy-Klimontów) and northern (Łysogóry). A new overthrust (Bronkowice-Zawichost-Biłgoraj) has been indicated in the north. Holy Cross Fault is a result of thrusting of the Łysogóry Range over the Devonian of the Kielce-Łagów Synclinorium in the syn-Variscan syn-Alpine epochs.
