Abstract
SULPHUR FROM KŁODAWAIn the Kłodawa salt mine, located in a Zechstein salt dome, appear rock salt with ingrowths of anhydrite and sulphur (Plate I, Fig. 1, 2).Sulphur occurs here in several shapes and varieties. Sulphur pseudomorphs after anhydrite are presented on Fig. 3. The elongated sulphur tablets shown in Fig. 4, are probably too pseudomorphs after anhydrite. This photo has been made partly in reflected, partly in transmitted polarized light, in order to show that these tablets consist of individuals of different optical orientation which show no connection with outer contours.Downloads
