Determination of this fauna was done by the first-named author; the geological conditions of the occurrence of this fauna was carried out by the second-named who discovered the described localities of large foraminifers. The collecting of the fauna they did together.A characteristic feature of the Eocene of the Magura series is the variableness occurring in Stratigraphical profiles of the Magura unit in a meridional direction. On the basis of this variableness there were determined in Beskid Wysoki, South of Żywiec, three facial regions, called A, B, C (W. Sikora, K. Żytko, 1959).Downloads
