Abstract

MICROPALAEONTOLOGICAL CHARACTERISTIC OF LIAS AND LOWER DOGGER IN POLANDA microfaunal analysis of the Lias and Lower Dogger in Poland (excluding the Carpathians)enabled the author to draw conclusions regarding the usefulness of this method for stratigraphical investigations of both the Lower Jurassic and the Lower Dogger, and to prepare a detailed micropalaeontological characteristic of the described part of this section.
