Kontakt serii reglowej z eocenem na Krokwi w okolicy Zakopanego
Abstract
CONTACT OF THE SUB-TATRIC SERIES WITH THE EOCENE ON ROKWIA HILL NEAR ZAKOPANEWhile carrying out engineering work in the region of the large ski jump on Krokwia hill, the author undertook detailed investigations on the geological structure of this region; the results she obtained are presented below.Inter alia it has been established that between the Podhale Flysch formation and the dolomites of the sub-Tatric series there extends a conglomerate - shale-complex, indicating that the Podhale Palaeogene lies normally in transgression on sediments of the Middle Trias.Downloads
