Analiza pyłkowa osadów jeziornych w Lasce koło Brus na Pojezierzu Pomorskim
Abstract
POLLEN ANALYSIS OF LACUSTRINE DEPOSITS AT LASKA NEAR BRUSYBy means of the palynological method the author investigated an organogenic series consisting of gyttia and lacustrine chalk found in a profile at Laska near Brusy, situated on the Tuchola outwash plain in westernPomera.ma (R. G a lo n, 1953).The thickness of the examined deposits is 1.75 m. The bottom of this organogenic series consist of gyttia (depth 1.45-1.75 m.) on top of which, up to the series, lies Iacustrine chaIk. The organogenic series 18 underlain by humus sand of 1.75-1.90 m. thickness. The author carried out the pollen analysis of 11 samples, two of which taken from the sandy series failed to contain spores. The remaining 9 analyses made of the organogenic series yielded proof for assigning this series to Holocene age, of a range from the Preboreal to and including the Atlantic period.Downloads
