Abstract

RESULTS OF MICROPALAEONTOLOGICAL RESEARCH OF THE KEUPER IN BORE-HOLE ŚLĘŻANY 1 L

The paper contains the results of micropalaeontological research of the Keuper in the Ślężany 1 L bore-hole. The author presents the detailed description of four species of ostracods and 2 species of charophytes, namely: Darwinula fragilis S c h n e i d er, Darwinula promissa L u b i m o w a, Darwinula adducta L u-b i m o w a, Darwinula accepta L u b i m o w a, Praechara sp. A and Praechara sp. B H o r n a f R a n t z i e n.

This investigation has been supplemented by a tabulation of the position of the various microfossils in the discussed bore-hole (Fig. 1). Identification of these fossils has been based on Swedish and Soviet literature; this might be considered proof of the Triassic age of the geological formations analyzed by the author in bore-hole Ślężany 1 L.
