Wstępna charakterystyka mikroflorystyczna warstw z Lechówka i Zaręb
Abstract
PRELIMINARY MICROFLORAL CHARACTERISTIC OF THE LECHÓWEK AND ZARĘBY BEDS(Święty Krzyż Mountains)The author presents the preliminary results of his examinations of the microflora found in the non-carbonaceous sterile rocks from Lechówek and Zaręby in the Święty Krzyż Mountains. Hitherto, he identified in the examined strata a very large number of very well preserved exines of microspores and pollen. On the basis of the microflora recently found the author assigned the Lechówek beds to the Upper Visean, the Zaręby beds to the Tournaisian. In the examined Lower Carboniferous deposits of the Święty Krzyż Mountains he discovered pollen representing Carboniferous plants - Equisetaceae, Lycopodia and Pteridophyta as well as Cordaitales polens.Furthermore the author observed, both in the Visean and the Tournaisian deposits, spores of fossil fungi.Downloads
