Osady malmu nad górnym Bugiem
Abstract
THE MALM FORMATIONS IN THE UPPER BUG RIVER AREAOn account of small quantity of bore holes and of feebly characteristic Jurassic fauna, the Jurassic formations of the Lublin part of the marginal synclinorium are at present known very insufficiently. For these reasons also stratigraphical estimations of the sediments were various. The bore holes Cieszanów 1, Doliny 1 and Babczyn 2 have yielded new geological and palaeontological data and enabled to effect new stratigraphical analysis of the Jurassic sediments in the area under discussion. The two first bore holes encountered a complete profile of the Malm deposits containing nodular bed at the bottom, and were starting point for stratigraphic considerations.Downloads
