Abstract
DEVELOPMENT AND STRATIGRAPHIC POSITION OF THE FORMATIONS FROM GÓRA ZAMKOWA AT CIESZYN ON OLZASummaryOn microfacial examinations of the formations from Góra Zamkowa at Cieszyn thought to belong to the oldest (lower) horizon of Lower Cieszyn shales, the author presents his opinion that the formations are age equivalents of the Cieszyn limestones. Basing on such representatives as Calpionella alpina L o r e n z, C. elliptica C a d i s c h, Crassicollaria intermedia (D. D e l g a), Tintinnopsella carpathica (M u r g e a n u et F i l i p e s c u) that occur in the lower part, and on Tintinnopsella cadischiana C o l o m, Calpionellites darderi (C o l o m), Calpionellopsis cf. oblonga (C a d i s c h) occurring in the upper part, the author refers them to the uppermost Upper Tithonian-Berriasian.Downloads
