O możliwości występowania złóż bituminów w zachodniej części jednostki dukielskiej w polskich Karpatach Wschodnich
Abstract
ON THE POSSIBILITY OF OCCURRENCE OF BITUMEN DEPOSITS IN THE WESTERN PART OF THE DUKLA UNIT IN THE POLISH EASTERN CARPATHIANSSummaryA detailed analysis of the geological structure of the part of the Dukla unit between Wisłok and Piotruś range suggests that in this part the occurrence of some bitumen deposits may be expected. This is proved by the presence of: a) arenaceous members that may play part of petroliferous strata, and b) promising geological structures, and c) bitumen manifestations.Favourable conditions for probable bitumen accumulation may be expected to occur in: 1 - the marginal upheaval of the Dukla unit, 2 - the secondarily folded syncline of Jaśliska, 3 - the southern part of this syncline covered with the fold of Kamień, and 4 - the part of the Kamień fold, which rests under the overthrust of the unit considered.Downloads
