Abstract
CLAY MINERAL RAW MATERIALS IN POLANDSummary The article deals with the main clay mineral raw materials found to occur in Poland. Deposits of kaolins, ceramic clays, bentonites, refractory schists, as well as brick and clinker raw materials are discussed, and occurrence conditions of deposits, their origin, mineralogic and chemical features, and economical significance are presented. Main attention has been paid to the deposits of kaolin, ceramic clays and refractory clays. Location of deposits is shown on sketches. Both chemical and technological properties of the individual clay mineral raw materials are given in a tabular form.Downloads
