Abstract
ORGANIC SUBSTANCE IN THE ZECHSTEIN COPPER SHALES OF THE FORE-SUDETIC ZONESummaryThe author discusses a study conducted on organic substance found to occur in the Zechstein copper shales of the Fore-Sudetic zone, Lower Silesia. The present work gives the results obtained during the complex study which has allowed the author to ascertain a relation between the amount of the organic substance and the percentage of copper, and the concentration of other accompanying metals. Moreover, there are discussed conclusions drawn as to the role of organic factor in mineralization process, as well. It has been explained, as a result of the research here considered, that the organic substance from the copper shales is of sapropel-humus nature.Downloads
