Abstract
REMARKS ON SERPENTINITES FROM THE VICINITY OF PRZYGÓRZESummaryThe article deals with the petrographic features of the serpentinites from the vicinity of Przygórze, which are a feebly regonized instruction of ultrabasic rocks found to occur within the marginal area of the Sowie Góry gneissose massif.Serpentinites that reveal network texture and massive structure consist of serpentine, as well as of magnetite and chromite as acessory minerals. It has been ascertained that these rocks are due to the alteration processes of dunites and peridotites.Downloads
