Abstract

ESTIMATION OF QUALITATIVE COMPETENCE IN STONE PRODUCTS BASED UPON SELECTED DEPOSITS OF VULCANITES OCCURRING IN THE LOWER SILESIA BASINSummaryThe problem of stone products widely used in road building industry has been thoroughly considered in this article. The close attention has been drawn to a possibility and necessity of replacing basalts with the other rocks of the volcanic origin featuring much the same useful qualities. In order to prepare such estimation largely concerning the qualities of raw material the sampling of deposits has been also considered.
